The Shin-ing
Galileo class focused on releasing the tibia-fibula relationship to improve lower leg mobility and knee function. Beginning with a slanted Galileo warmup using the stall bars for spinal mobility and side stretches, the session progresses through targeted resistance band exercises that activate hip stabilizers while encouraging proper knee alignment.
Floor work follows with detailed attention to forearm, wrist, and palm release before concluding with therapeutic quad and IT band massage techniques. Props include yoga blocks, cork wedge, resistance bands (fabric and mini), soft half rollers, and light hand weights.
This comprehensive session combines specific joint mobilization techniques with full-body integration for improved movement quality.
