Band to the Bone
A comprehensive spine and hip workout combining the use of therabands, stools, Stall Bars, weights and the Galileo. Class starts with a 10 minute theraband routine for the spine. The workout progresses to utilizing a slanted Galileo machine for dynamic back and leg stretches, with emphasis on shoulder and pelvis mobility. The session also includes a flat Galileo routine for knee strengthening and alignment, followed by lunges and rotations for hip and hamstring conditioning. To conclude, Domini Anne integrates weighted compound movements to build strength and improve mood, finishing with cooling down exercises and stretches. Throughout, she encourages intuitive movement and individual adaptation to enhance bodily awareness and flexibility.
