Restorative Galileo session focused on the connection between the pelvic floor and the head. 


Minimal Props are needed : A yoga belt and block are used at the beginning of class, and Stall Bars/Wide Sling can be replaced with a Yoga Trapeze or even a Stability Ball for the Galileo exercises.


Class starts with simple head and neck movements, progresses into pelvic floor exercises including a pubic bone reset with the aid of yoga blocks and straps, then moves to the Galileo and Wide Sling/Stall Bars for sequences focused on pelvis/spine activation and mobility.
