Scalp to spine, hips to heels — this full-body reset uses vibration to unwind tension, reorganize proprioception, and re-pattern movement from the top down.
We begin with a focused scalp massage to decompress cranial tension and prime the nervous system, then transition into upper-body mobilizations and quadruped spinal work to reawaken deep core-pelvic relationships. Seated undulations guide vibration through the abdomen and hips, followed by targeted quadruped exercises using bands and blocks to amplify femur-to-pelvis activation. Weighted integration work completes the arc, anchoring the session into grounded strength. Class closes with breath-guided thoracic extension and a restorative unwind.
Props: Galileo plate, foam padding or towel, mini band, yoga block, foam roller, optional weight (moderate), and space to kneel and recline.
