Thigh Noon
A detailed Galileo class focused on upper body stabilization and hip mobilization. The warmup moves through various exercises, including ribcage and upper body mobilizations, downward dog, adductor and abductor strengthening, and kneeling cat back combinations.
The session utilizes a Galileo vibration plate, foam mats, wrist push-ups, child's pose, side twists, and specialized hand movements to enhance body awareness and mobility.
Further exercises include hanging on stall bars, shoulder rotations, parallel leg extensions, and kettlebell workouts aimed at strengthening and stretching different muscle groups. The final part includes bridge poses, leg circles, overhead presses, and free-form kettlebell play, concluding with relaxation and centering breaths.
