It then transitions into more advanced exercises involving dumbbells and body weight, incorporating Jefferson Curls, straddle stretches, and abdominal workouts with weights. Additionally, the class includes facial and scalp massages and concludes with a relaxing cool-down using a yoga trapeze and Stall Bars, providing a comprehensive blend of tension and relaxation techniques for holistic body conditioning.
