This class guides you through a series of exercises to unwind and stretch your hamstrings and calves using the Galileo and a half roller, spinal mobilizations, creative arm stretches, and upper body unwinding. Participants also explore different positions to activate and stretch the muscles around the sit bones, and work on shoulder mobility and tricep stretches. Class concludes with hip traction exercises using therabands. Overall, this class aims to increase flexibility, release tension, and promote body awareness.
Props needed : Soft half roller, yoga block, two therabands with loops on the ends, a bath towel, cut piece of yoga mat and a bolster.
