This week’s Galileo class focused on hip opening and single-leg work, blending strength, mobility, and deep fascial release. Using the trapeze, level loops (or daisy chains), a stool, mini band, and bolster/foam supports, we explored how vibration translates differently when funneled through one leg versus bilateral stance, creating a more intense, targeted effect.

The session began with banded hinging and pelvic cat–cow variations to awaken the hips and spine, followed by side bends, twists, and plié–relevé sequences to challenge foot and ankle alignment. We moved into dynamic lunges, split stretches, and trapeze-supported backbends, all designed to mobilize the pelvis and free tension through the hip flexors and adductors.

The class closed with quad and hamstring massage on the Galileo, using memory foam and bolsters to shear, rotate, and release tissue—especially the iliacus and psoas attachments—before settling into a restorative frog position.

This flow emphasized precision in foot placement, experimentation with vibration frequencies, and the integration of props to tailor intensity. Expect lingering openness through your hips, improved pelvic awareness, and a sense of whole-body reset.
