Wrap-ture
This class focuses on enhancing balance, flexibility, and muscle activation through a variety of dynamic movements and exercises. Starting with balance and pressure awareness exercises on the Galileo machine, participants engage in dural stretches and forward bends to encourage full-body lengthening and awareness. The session progresses to all-fours exercises, incorporating mini bands and a soft half roller for upper body and wrist mobilization. Standing exercises on the Galileo machine further activate leg muscles, using mini-bands to emphasize the adductors and stabilize balance through resistance/feedback. The class concludes with relaxation exercises promoting muscle relaxation and recovery.
Props needed: soft half foam roller, extra-long TheraBand, mini bands for thighs and knees, bolster.
