This session begins with sandbags, blocks, mini-bands, and light to medium weights (all optional) to provide grounding and feedback on the Galileo. We start lying down with pelvic tilts, sacral mobility, and proprioceptive exploration to ease tension in the lower back and hips.

From there, you’ll layer in loaded spinal rotations, arch-and-curl work, and breath-driven core integration, then shift into standing footwork, squats, overhead presses, and rows for accessible full-body strength.

The class closes with restorative stretches and breath awareness, leaving you grounded, centered, and energized.
