Whatta Band, Whatta Mighty Good Band
Lesson 3 of the Biological Pump Series, we use a yoga mat and a theraband to increase proprioceptive awareness. Class focus begins with an introceptive/proprioceptive warmup, then works alternating series from Upper Body Openings to Hamstrings, ending with standing Arch Curl and a seamless review of the seated homework series.
The Zoom recording is included as a backup for anyone who struggles with internet speeds. It is far lower video quality, but the sound quality is excellent.
